On the first class of the semester M and H showed interest in building with the corks! They warmed up their artistic/creative selves and their hot glue gun skills making cork frames by gluing corks together around a circular tin.
Colin and Michael also made circular cork frames and splatter painted them in the end to give them some colour. To start them off, I cut out various sizes of carboard rings to use as a base – dipping corks in white glue to stick them on. Michael picked the biggest ring knowing that bigger meant more work, but he was determined to do it and worked very quickly!
